We hold 12A registration and 80G approval from India's Income Tax Department, confirming our status as a legitimate, tax-recognized charitable trust.
Yes. We hold 12A registration number ABOTS0257NE20251 and 80G approval number ABOTS0257NF20261, both granted by the Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, Delhi. Both registrations are valid from Assessment Year 2026-27 to 2028-29.

12A registration exempts the trust's income from income tax and confirms it as a bona fide charitable organization. 80G approval, by contrast, directly benefits donors: it allows individuals, companies, and HUFs to claim a deduction when filing their income tax return. Both are granted by India's Income Tax Department. This trust holds both designations.
Dedicated trustees with experience in social work, healthcare, and community development. All trustees work without personal financial benefit from trust funds, and separate books of account are maintained as required by law, ensuring full transparency and accountability.

Donations & Tax Benefits

5 questions
Yes. Donations qualify for a deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. You will receive an official 80G certificate to use when filing your income tax return. The deduction is available to individuals, Hindu Undivided Families (HUFs), and companies. Consult a chartered accountant for the exact deduction percentage applicable to your case.
After your donation is received, we issue an official receipt and 80G certificate containing the trust name, PAN (ABOTS0257N), 80G registration number (ABOTS0257NF20261), donation amount, and date. Please have your PAN card ready โ€” it is required to issue a valid certificate in your name.
There is no minimum. Contributions of any size are welcome and go directly toward education and medical relief programs. Even small amounts create tangible impact when pooled with other donations.
Yes. We accept school supplies (notebooks, stationery, bags), books, unexpired medicines, and medical equipment. Please contact us before sending items so we can coordinate receipt and distribution efficiently. This ensures your donation reaches the right hands without delay.
Yes. Corporate and CSR donations are welcome. Organisations benefit from 80G deductions and can receive impact reports for their CSR records and stakeholder communication. Contact us at our Lajpat Nagar office to discuss CSR partnership arrangements and reporting requirements.
